In this Year of the Snake, which begins Wednesday according to the Chinese lunar calendar, George W. Bush is one lucky dog. Astrologically speaking, Bush, a dog by birth (1946) under the 12-symbol Chinese horoscope, gets along well with snakes, which will hopefully help him weather the storm of disasters and revolutions that often accompany this year.
