Ariel Ramchandani is a writer based in Brooklyn. Her work has appeared in The Atlantic, The Atavist, The Guardian, 1843, Wired, Pacific Standard, and other publications. She is the creator, writer, and co-host of No Place Like Home, a narrative podcast from Cadence13. Previously, she was an editor and writer for The Economist’s 1843, and the culture channel of The Economist Online. She’s a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism, where she was a McCormick scholar and a Harrington Prize winner for magazine writing and editing.
