On Tuesday, the nation gathered to watch President Obama’s annual State of the Union address, in which income inequality and middle-class economics took center stage this year. The evening brought the very best (and worst) of social media, plenty of GIF’s and memes included. The lovely folks at Twitter collected data from the speech to create this stunning visualization, which offers a detailed look at what moments struck a chord with the Twittersphere and which themes the president touched upon the most during his penultimate #SOTU address.
