Alec Baldwin Absolutely Nailed His Donald Trump Impression on “Saturday Night Live”

The first presidential debate gets the perfect satirical treatment.

In case you missed it, Alec Baldwin returned to Saturday Night Live over the weekend to take on the role of Donald Trump, where he faced off with Kate McKinnon’s equally impressive Hillary Clinton for a satirical version of the first presidential debate. Baldwin’s impression, complete with the GOP candidate’s mysterious sniffles and penchant for interrupting his opponents at every turn, pretty much nailed it.

“My microphone is broken,” Baldwin said at one point. “She broke it, with Obama. She and Obama stole my microphone. They took it to Kenya. They took my microphone to Kenya and they broke it. Now it’s broken.”

The whole thing is at once hilarious and unnerving—when you quickly remember this absurdity is real life.
